A Survey of Data Pricing for Data Marketplaces

چکیده

A data marketplace is an online venue that brings owners, brokers, and consumers together facilitates commoditisation of amongst them. Data pricing, as a key function marketplace, demands quantifying the monetary value data. considerable number studies on pricing can be found in literature. This paper attempts to comprehensively review state-of-the-art existing provide general understanding this emerging research area. Our contribution lies new taxonomy unifies different attributes determining prices. The basis our framework categorises these by kind market structure, it sell-side, buy-side, or two-sided. Then sell-side market, are further divided query type, which defines way consumer accesses data, while buy-side according privacy notion, quantify owners. In two-sided both notion type used criteria. We systematically examine falling into each category taxonomy. Lastly, we discuss gaps within define future directions.
